    Day 2 for me, have been tracking and exercise. I know that works, we just have to keep motivated.

    Day 1 here. I've been doing Weight Watchers but needed a change. I've had a successful first day. Looking forward to meeting others. I also use Fitbit.

    Day 2 after not using the app over a year. You seriously get good at tracking calories in your head once you do it for a while. Take it one day at a time and you'll reach your goal.

    Day1 here! New to this but determined. I need to lose about 56 lbs by october and would be happy to support someone doing the same kind of struggle. We can do this!
