I finally did it!

I deadlifted 300lbs tonight. I have been struggling this past year with my training. I've had some injuries to work through, but I finally hit a 300lb deadlift tonight after being stuck at 275lbs for over a year.

    Thank you! I'm turning 40 next month and was beginning to think I just wouldn't be able to do it. It makes for an awesome Bday present.

    Congrats mama. I'll be glad when I can hit 250. Lol I'm stuck at 175 its a process though.

    And you learn so much in the process. I can remember loading 185 on the bar and not even being able to budge it. Now I warm up with that weight. One of the things about lifting. It's all about challenging yourself and your body. We all start out weaker and grow stronger.

    Lol, JoRocka. I'm going to have to invest in another set of 45's. I can put the 35's and 10's on but three big plates would look so much cooler.
