Aloha All - Single Mom with five year old son who has ADHD. I struggle to find time to take care of myself and hoping to start with clean eating. I'd like to see what the rest of the world is doing and hopefully implement changes that will allow for permanent change in health & lifestyle. I have heard wonderful raves about MFP and hoping some of you might allow me to piggy back off of ya! I'd appreciate it!
