if I burn 500 calories today with exercise can j then go on to save them and eat the tomorow instead? Or should I eat them
Within the same day as exersizing? Xx

    You don't bank calories. They are only for the given day.

    It depends on why you are using MFP. If its weight loss then I would suggest, im no expert, that you eat back some of the calories you burn off the same day, keeping within 10 to 15% of the goal calorie intake.

    Ive never been a great supporter of 'banking' earned calories! Thats the Weightwatchers' way!!! , but they calll them pro points!!

    It would be unwise to do that as you have to make sure that you are eating at least 1200 a day and if you burn 500 your nutrition will suffer.
  • You're allegedly supposed to eat back your exercise calories, but it says Im burning way more than I do. No way am I going to eat an additional 1200 calories ... thats a lot of food! I just eat back whatever I need by the end of the day so I'm never hungry.
