I'm ready for a change!

I am ready to begin a new journey in my life. I have come across keto karma, who has opened my eyes to so much about keto and has given me great direction to begin. She has been very successful and I can only pray that I can follow. I'm here to get support for the keto community and to make this a successful life change.

I tried starting 2 weeks ago but wasn't too successful....HELP! I AM BACK and WILL NOT GIVE UP!
