Hi - i've been on MFP off and on for years. I lost about 30 pounds a few years ago but gained it all back + some in the past few years (stress, not moving my butt, etc...)

I am looking for friends / motivation / even someone who would look at my diary and tell me if i'm doing wrong at times! i'm good with a little teaching :)

I am 35 living in PA and started on Saturday. Please add me as a friend, if you'd like!

    Welcome aboard.
Your diary is not public, so nobody but your friends can look at it.

    Read this:
    http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1080242/a-guide-to-get-you-started-on-your-path-to-sexypants

Other useful links here. The one about setting goals includes a link to a calculator from the Baylor College of
Medicine (bcm.edu) which will tell you how much (calories & servings) you should eat to maintain any weight.
So put in your healthy goal weight & you'll have a good start on eating right.

Can you do this 'keto' the rest of your life?
If no, then how will you learn to eat healthfully so you can maintain the weight loss this time?
Eat normally, just in reasonable portions, and move more than you have been.
('Eat less' is the most important part of that equation.)
