So I yoyo anyway but find with a routine etc I'm not as naughty as I could be... I have over the past year got down to 17st (my biggest being 21st) but found I've crept up again to 19st recently. This is partly due to unemployment - I get up at different times, nowhere I have to be and food/tv are there.... today I have decided to get back on track with my diet but need support so thought I'd try here. I've reinstalled the app and here goes

Good luck. Lack of routine is tough. But you can do it. Make your own routine. You have the freedom to make it however you want!0

Yes, make your own routine. Start getting up at the same time each morning. Set aside a specific time of day for job-hunting. Set aside another specific time of day for exercise. Are there any classes you could be taking to enhance your job skills? All of those things will give your days some structure.0

lucky you, you get to make your own schedule right now.
job hunting is now your job, treat it so.
consider when making your exercise schedule, is this something I can continue to maintain while working?0 -
I'm in a similar place to you. I had been 22st, got down to 18st 8lbs, but then had some serious personal problems that got me off-track and now I'm back where I started. I'm a uni student during the academic year but have had a really tough time finding any employment this summer, which means a lot of time is spent at home/sedentary/around food. Because my cheap old scale had broken I hadn't realized how much I'd gained back over the past several months, since even with a big weight gain I don't look much different and my clothes don't fit much differently than they did at my low weight. My priorities are finding ways to stay active even when I lack motivation, and staying on track with logging even when it is annoying or difficult (such as when eating at a restaurant or having drinks.)0
