I'm consistently under my calorie goals and yet I never really feel hungry.
I use a scale so my diary is fairly accurate (I also usually round up with what I eat I.e I had 28g of cheese on my sandwich and I inputted 30g). I'm not complaining I just want to make sure that it's okay if I'm under my calories. I eat about 4-5 times a day and drink anywhere from .5L - 1L of water with every meal.

Can you give your age, height, weight, calorie goal and actual consumed calories.

You've been eating 1200-1500ish calories most days. As a dude, that's simply not enough. How much weight are you losing per week and how much do you have to lose?
If you're full on such a small amount of food, how did you become overweight?0 -

Are there any bevarages you consume? I don't see any drinks.
Also, perhaps you could add some veggies? They are not really filling but will add some extra calories.
What were you eating like before you tried to start to lose weight?0 -

Do you weigh your food? Most people don't accurately weight their food and this leads to overeating/overindulging accidentally... sometimes by as much as 30 percent. Do you log all food, all drinks, all snacks, all condiments, etc?
Without accurate logging you can't be certain, or even actually very confident that you are coming in at or under your goals.0 -

As long as you're eating at least 1200 calories a day AND your deficit is less than your fat mass in pounds times 25 AND you're eating at least 10 grams of fat (for your gallbladder), you're fine.
(This after ridiculous amounts of research, lol.)
If you're exercising and have a day off, you'll probably be a lot more hungry. Your body also eventually figures out how many calories it's getting from the bulk you're giving it, so your hunger might tick upward if you were eating smallish portions of really calorie-dense things.
I eat when I'm hungry, and my calories vary between 1000 and 1600 a day. I don't sweat it.0
