Free of weight watchers

I am 65 and have been struggling to take off 30 pounds as a member of weight watchers for 8 years. Have gained and lost many pounds but not permanently. I finally quit and started using MFP and have lost 10 pounds in 6 weeks. Feel so free of trying to make WW work for me. Hoping I've found a home and will finally be successful. Also have been walking 1-2 miles most days which helps. WW isn't for everyone so don't be afraid to unload like I did. Feels good, kind of like decluttering a neglected area of the house.
