I'm just wondering if anyone has tried these weight loss tools , I've seen them on like Amazon and stuff.
If you have let me know if they work !
1. Magnetic toe rings
2. Waist trainers (seen on celeb Instagram)
3. Raspberry ketones
4. Xls medical fat burner
5. Detox pads (feet or Tummy)
I haven't tried any of these but would love to know if anyone else has and if they helped or not
I have tried green tea tablets but they are packed full of caffeine and as I have sleeping problems any way I had to come off them as I felt sleep was more important

Oh goodness. No. Stop looking for a magic potion and just eat a deficit and get more movement in.0

Eat less, move more. Key to lifetime success managing your weight. Nothing else works long term.0

No. My opinion is that they are all a waste of money.
Just log your food and drinks and keep a calorie deficit.
You might buy a food scale if you'd like to spend money on a helpful weight loss tool.0 -
Why would anyone bother with diet and exercise it those things worked.0

Better weight loss tools:
1. A canteen/reusable water bottle
2. Running shoes
3. Jump rope
4. Resistance bands
5. Rewards cards to your most visited grocery stores0 -
I'm not thinking of using them unless I would have tried already. I just see it everywhere and wondered if they actually worked.
I don't see why putting magnets on your toes would work but I was curious to know if they did anything .
Maybe i worded it wrong, I was just curious.0 -

Yes, the interesting part is why they are advertised, allowed to be advertised, and why some people think they work, consider buying, and actually buy them.
What they do? They transfer money.0 -
Nope. Food scale and people scale are the only tools I use.0

All nonsense--if any of that worked, would we be here? And there isn't anything those Kardashians won't do for money so I'd run from any product they endorse on instagram.0
