Cardio and body weight strength stuff are going to be most like what you'll be expected to do throughout your career. Running, sit-ups, push-ups, pull-ups...

Anything else is just gravy on the biscuit.

Ok thank you for the advice. Recently I've been working on my cardio a lot and I'm able to run 4 miles a day. I've been lacking in strength training tho.

Go talk to a recruiter ... become familiar with the standards.

Yeah man, are you a Poolie yet? Start going to the RS Workout Poolie functions, you'll get all that you need. Eat it up man, I'm in your same boat.

    Royal Marines or merely Marines?

In any case, I'd recommend running so that you're comfortable doing 10k consistently, and plenty of bodyweight resistance work.

It's also worth getting used to weighted walking, so build up to a 20kg pack and walking a decent distance in boots.

    +1
If you can get properly sized for boots ahead of time so you know what to grab when you get there, I had the wrong size and didn't realize it unit later.
Caused all sorts of blister problems.
And it wouldn't hurt to familiarize yourself with the 11 general orders, the upper chain of command, etc.
One less thing you'd have to memorize at the Island.

Work on running, pull-ups, push-ups, and sit-ups. If you can run 3 mi in 21 min or so and do 10 or more pull-ups you will be way ahead when you start.

Look online for suggested workouts to get you ready for boot camp. I did a quick search and found this:
