All,

Wanted to get your thoughts on my current caloric intakes. Below is what I have done for a typical week (M-Su). I am 5'9, 30 yo, male, 160.

Also, how much of your caloric intake should typically come from each meal? Most of mine tend to focus around lunch.

Calories Carbs Fat Protein Sodium Sugars Fiber
1379 122 58 100 2483 53 31
1376 52 78 123 1641 26 5
1525 89 78 93 2497 35 17
1904 131 98 66 1845 48 13
1941 137 35 172 2044 17 3
2416 219 56 47 4209 10 16
1975 61 100 73 2483 26 2

Spread out your calories anyway you want. I eat most of mine at dinner time.

Meal size and timing shouldn't matter. Eat when and how you want.

Not sure about the calories. What's mfp say? You have some high and low days. Does your week average out to be what mfp suggests?

I take my daily calories and divide them by 4. I usually eat 3 to 4 meals. I eat lean meat and veggies. My energy is great and my digestive tract happy.

What is the point of your question? What are you looking to hear? You tell mfp your staring weight, how much you want to loose and how fast you want to loose it and it gives you a suggestion. You follow that suggestion and you will loose weight.

How you break up your calories is more about what works best for you. I don't pay much attention to macros other than to note if am hitting the goal numbers or coming up short nor to note that excess sodium might create a weight gain for a few days.
