So I'm doing the P90X Yoga tonight... Never really done yoga before so i'm looking forward to it. A little bummed that i wont be burning as many calories and the other videos i've done so i'll have to watch what I eat today. What is everyone opinion about the Yoga?

It is AWESOME! Its a lot of planks and downward facing dogs so you will feel it in your arms and legs the next day but its really a great workout.0

My husband and I started this workout series Monday. The yoga is supposed to be an hour and a half, but we only lasted 30min. It was hard to get in the positions he wanted and follow him at the same time. What we did do seemed to relieve some of the soreness in my legs from Tuesday's plyometrics, though. We will do better next time.0

It is a really good workout....it's not just yoga for relaxation. You will be burning alot of calories, just with all the warrior poses alone! You will feel it tomorrow!0

It's pretty tough - I had never done yoga before, and now (5 weeks into it), I really enjoy that one. Be careful though - some of the moves are quite advanced. He warns you ahead of time, so you can do another pose during that time. The first 45 minutes is all vinyasa (plank-style yoga) which is more difficult and will raise your HR a little more than the pose-style yogas... if you have a HRM I suggest it.
**EDIT - I equated my burn to a little bit above the strength training DVDs but not quite plyo or kenpo0 -
I'd never done yoga before until I did it with P90X a few months ago. I was skeptical, but ended up loving it. You'll be surprised how many calories you can burn - it's no plyo, but you'll still burn if you push it. It's a good workout and definitely helped improve my flexibility.0

I love it! My boyfriend and I do the Yoga X video every Sunday. There are some advanced moves that are tricky , but really burn haha. My boyfriend isn't very flexible so he went out and got himself a yoga block to make some of the moves easier for him. But it is a great video and you will feel great after0

I actually just finished P90X Yoga for the first time about an hour ago. I love Yoga and this one is AMAZING! You will be burning the calories...believe me. Don't downplay it because it is yoga...it was an intense session that will have you dripping sweat! Enjoy it! I love it!0

I teach yoga and love it when someone comes to class for the first time, and says, wow, was sweating, and that is a lot harder than I thought!0
