New to fitness

Hi,

Needed to make a change in my life and decided it will be to get in shape and start eating healthier. My goal is to gain muscle and become a stronger person phsyically & mentally. Joined the local gym last week and have been going everyday. My challenge is learning the exercise moves (making sure I do them correctly) and changing my eating habits.

    Hi,
    Needed to make a change in my life. I am a diabetic, need to eat healthier and loose pounds and get more exercise. I need help. I use food for comfort.
