Hi yall my name is Carmen and I'm married and mom of 2 boys. The reason for me to start losing weight once again is because I have an Auto Immune Disease and with all the tx and meds that I'm on my weight has skyrocketed and I'm small framed so this xtra weight is def not good! I'm on the right track and have been on Day 4 of healthy, life style change! :)
