Who had any ideas as to how to get my ratio right. Please help.

250 coming down to 220. Ratios are off. 53% fat in my diet.0

It's overall calories that matter. Eat less fat if you want, there's really no need though. Make sure you're getting sufficient protein and use the rest of your calories for carbs...0
