Hey guys, so a few days ago I asked for breakfast smoothie ideas and everyone was extra helpful. So I discovered that I'm a banana addict lol. So, if you all have smoothie recipes incorporating banana please SHARE. ;)

    I love mine with 1 cup almond milk (or 2% milk), one scoop whey protein, one banana, and cinnamon & ice!! It's super good and easy. Try it!

    One banana, 1 1/2 cup of any kind of milk, a lot of kale or other greens or lettuce, and 1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder.
    If you want more protein, add sliced almonds or sunflower seeds.

    This is what i have for lunch everyday :

    1 scoop chocolate protein powder
    25g blackberries
    25g raspberries
    25g blueberries
    1 banana
    20g chocolate fibre powder
    25g kale and/or spinach
    300ml almond coconut milk

    Sometimes I'll add 10g of coconut oil or 50g avocado.
    Very delicious and filling.

    I usually do 1 banana, some yoghurt and a hand of frozen berries. Super yummy and pretty filling, although for me not a meal replacement.

    Bananas, oatmeal, yogurt, milk, peanut butter and a bit of cocoa powder is a protein-packed way to start the morning.

    Recently i'm doing banana, kiwi (with the skin on and everythin-omg its amazing!!) mixed with lite milk. Immense.
    Sometimes i add other tropical fruits in too.

    Today was 1/2 banana, 1/4c Blueberries, 1/2c strawberries, 1 Fiji Apple, 1 celery stalk, 1/4 cucumber & 1 Tbs Hemp seeds. Its really good, not too sweet & super refreshing!
