    Hey everyone add me please! I just signed up yesterday and this is my first week! I don't necessarily have a goal weight in mind (I do not do well under pressure) but I would say I want to feel healthy and a part of that is losing weight. I guess 50 lbs? but I want to get into weightlifting so I will gain muscle as well. Either way I need motivation because I want to make this happen this time!
