A silly question! New on MFP!

Hey,Do I need to have some REMAINING calories at the end of the day or am I suppose to eat all the calories(Goal cal +Exercise cal)?If I m sounding silly then please do forgive me..I m very new on mfp ..Thank you!

Technically you're supposed to reach your goal, but it won't hurt to have some left over sometimes. As long as you aren't under eating consistently you'll be fine.
ETA: Most people find that MFP gives them inflated exercise calories burns and change the burn amount to around half of what they tell you.0 -

Ideally, you should have zero left. But due to overestimation of burns/underestimation of intake, it's fine to leave a little. Or you can save some of your extra calories for weekends or special days when you want some extra to eat.0

I always have maybe 50 or 30 cals left in the day. I just leave them alone.0
