12 Week Weight Loss Challenge Starting 6/29

I'm looking for other women to join me in a 12 week weight loss challenge starting next Monday, June 29th & ending Monday, September 21st.

We will have weekly weigh-ins and each week there will be a weight loss winner for most pounds lost and highest percentage lost.

Each day will also have a different theme to post about:
Monday: Weigh In Day + Post your NSV (non-scale victory)
Tuesday: Mini Exercise Challenge
Wednesday: Share a favorite healthy recipe
Thursday: Weekly Progress Check-in: What's going great/not so great
Friday: Off Topic, what are you weekend plans?
Saturday: Mini Food Challenge
Sunday: Plan your goals for the next week

Plus anything else you want to post to keep yourself and the rest of the group motivated and held accountable to the challenge!
