    I have MS. I was diagnosed 2007 with relapsing remitting ms. Had a rough time of it the last couple of years and gained ALOT of weight due to meds and being unable to exercise.. But I am here determined to turn things around and lose a few stone and get exercising again. I will not let this disease beat me :smile:

    Hi. I have MS also, DX 2009. Meds & lack of exercise have caused me to put on weight. I've been on Tysabri for the last 2 years & feel great. No reason I can't exercise except for fear of "over doing it" so I have started back at the Gym and tracking my calories on MFP. Really happy to be active again & losing some of the extra kilos I have put on in the last few years. Feel free to send me a friend request :)

    I have MS and was diagnosed in 2012. Currently on Copaxone. Trying to get back into exercising. Starting to eat better, too.
