Goal number one is to cut the volume of food I eat. Using the diary function has made me so much more aware of all that junk I've been drowning in.
So far so good.
Goal number two is to hit the hills. Go for hikes, walks and eventually jogs.0 -

Way to go. I can relate, got married last year and gained another 25 lbs that I did not need and we are trying to start a family. I too am working on cutting down my intake and walking a half hour on my lunch break has helped alot!0

I was right were you are, or nearly, a year and a half ago. It can absolutely be done. Just take your time and never, ever quit....
