I'm new to this.... Help!!

Hello everyone.
I'm new to my fitness pal & to this community site so any hints & tips would be appreciated :-)
I'm using this app to lose weight & to be healthy but if I'm honest I'm struggling so any motivation would also be amazing!! I will do my best to be motivational back!

    Hi! I'm trying my best as well to eat healthy and exercise. It's tough, but as a community we can help motivate each other. Keep it up and you will feel better and notice the change

    The best tip I can give you is if you're really serious about losing weight, your best investment ever would be a food scale. It's the only way to accurately measure what you are consuming.There are many people who don't realize how many calories they are consuming even after starting MFP without a food scale.
