There are lots of keto dieters here (I'm not one of them), if you decide you need support/guidance. You can find them in the main area here and in a few different groups. Best of luck!

I've been ketoing for nearly two years with good success. If you have any questions, feel free to ask...

Thank you Rat Race. Spending hours putting together meal plans that fit all the areas needed(carbs, proteins,...) without going over the limits. Any suggestions?

Planning is the path to success - your effort won't go to waste (and it WILL be a bit of a chore.) Copying other ketoer's success works, too. Sneak a look at their diaries and it will probably spark some ideas for you.

I think this might be of some assistance, as well: http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/recipes.html

As a side note, weigh everything you eat. If you don't, you're setting yourself up for failure. We're notoriously bad at 'guestimating' how much of something we are really consuming.

    Good luck, Gina!

I been on for almost 2 weeks. I was wondering about the weight loss that others have experienced. So far I lost 9. I weighed myself and I lost 0.2 from yesterday's weight. How is your progress?
