Hello :smile:! My goal is to loose 30 pounds. Does anyone know any good tips I can use to keep me motivated? Any help is welcome! Thank you, and good luck to everyone!!

    Hi! Find what truly motivates you and plaster the walls with post-its, pics and quotes! Make sure you never lose sight of your why! It's all about being consistent even when you lack motivation.
    Reaching out when you struggle is also important. Doing this alone is so hard. Make sure you make friends around here! I log everyday. Feel free to add me :)

    I find that cravings and hunger and stuff only last so long so keep urself occupied. Remind urself that u won't feel like this forever and that it's not worth giving up because of how ur feeling :)
