    Wtg Carl! I just started earlier this week and have lost almost 10 pounds. I am thinking my scale was off the first day, but I will take the loss anyways.
    Have you noticed that since you started using the app you pay closer attention to what you eat? I am seeing myself saying no to munching on stuff because I don't want to go over on my calories. What tricks have you learned along the way?

    I stoped eating out of a box or packages eat fruit during the day wth a protein shake. At night a high protein meal. I am using a mini trampoline for exercise. I am exercising alt more burning about a thousand calories...
