At it again

Hey everyone!!! So about a month or so ago I made a decision to start a change. I started taking green coffee bean pills that you buy in Walmart to help my metabolism along with the raspberry pills for more energy. I take them almost every day and have started to see a difference. I've also for the past few weeks taken out pop in my vocabulary. I'd say I've lost about ten pounds and am starting to see it in my face. I'm hoping that this time will be the time for the changes to actually stick!! I don't always post my food intake, but definitely plan on tracking my weight. I'm trying to keep myself from the scale every day, but do plan on checking in once a week. Wish me luck!!!!
