weird day..

Ive been having a really weird day.. Just in a phunk.. slept most of the day and ate. Im on track for macros but my day/night is not even close to the end and i only have 7 grams of carbs left and alot of protein(40grams) as well as fat (plus or minus 20)...

I know that i need to go babysit tonight and i will think of food of course. what do u guys suggest that will ease my mind.. maybe upping my calories for today or lowers my protien? im a new b at these macros and I usually end the night with alot left because i am a night owl..

    One day won't make a difference in the grand scheme of things. Just try not to worry about it if your macros are a little jacked up. Tomorrow is a new day.

    That being said, with all that protein and fat left you could maybe have eggs, bacon, steak, etc. You could add some veggies and have a pretty nice meal.
