Hello everyone. My name is Jason, 30. I'm new here, moved to South Korea 2 years ago. Before coming to Korea I lost about 25lbs. 2 years after I gained over half of that back (not bad?)... I'm looking to get back down to when I arrived here and lose another 10 lbs after that.

Hope we can help motivate eachother and reach our goals.

    How exciting to be living in South Korea! I've always wanted to visit there. You have certainly come to the right site Jason. I lost 15 lbs on my own, then another 15 lbs after using this site. I see success in your future. Good luck!
