How do I log the calories if I cook with oil? Counting the calories from oil and adding them?

*You* don't have to count anything, MFP does that. Just log the oil.

Sometimes (especially if it's something I make regularly) I just save a Recipe in MFP. I include all the ingredients I used (spices, oil, etc.). MFP will split the calories by how many portions the recipe makes, so then you just log the portion you ate.

Or you can just log the ingredients individually (without the recipe function). If you are making a big batch and used a tablespoon of oil for the whole batch try to estimate how much of that tablespoon you consumed.

For me, I prefer the recipe function because it saves a lot of meals I make regularly, so it's easier/faster logging.
