    I think we are close enough to be twins...I am also 31, female, 5'6"....HW 249 CW 230 GW 150....I am just a little taller! :D

    I'm more interested in being at a weight that I feel comfortable in my clothes than an actual number on the scale (but if I don't regularly get on the scale, my good eating/exercising habits almost always start sliding). At my lowest adult weight last year (129), I felt pretty good in my clothes, but not awesome. I figured awesome was another 2-5 lbs away at that point. I'm ready to go there now.

    I have 2 boys (5 & 8) and a husband who truly loves me at any weight but is supportive of me trying to look and feel better. :)
