The one thing that has more to do with fitness than weight loss is gaining the ability to run longer distances. As of right now, I can run maybe a mile, maybe. But I want to do a 5k eventually and I want to do it without too much discomfort. Also, I just love making fitness progress, it feels amazing!

As for the weight loss side: I want to wear cute clothes and I want to look in the mirror and think "Wow, I'm hot."

Having more energy and less pain. Being off all my high blood pressure meds. So far I'm off two of my meds and have cut the dose in half of two more.

Dating! I know its my inner battle that's the issue as I feel I'm too big for guys to find me attractive which stops me putting myself out there to date but hopefully when I lose the weight my mindset will change also!

Faster on my bike. Fatty cyclist not so fast. Especially against wind and hills. Faster, tho, just equates to more bragging rights. So yea, bragging rights would be prob #1. B)

I think looking good in photos is the biggest one for me.

I was just a brides maid in my sisters wedding and I looked terrible as the only fat brides maid. Plus my friends always want to take photos so i cant wait for when I just look good naturally all the time instead of when I dress well or do my hair and make up to slim my face.

This is a big one for me. My Best Friend got engaged 2 weeks after I started dieting and I want to look good at his wedding. Furthermore, I HATE pictures. I HATE smiling in pictures because I see my double chin. I will be so excited to finally not have that problem.

Wanting to be in those photos.

Stopping any new medical problems from arising.
    Cute clothes!
Not feeling insecure when my husband sees me naked.
I want to my breasts to stick out further than my stomach!
To no longer be medically labeled as obese.

I'm looking forward to being able to dress how I want instead of how my body shape forces me to dress and also having the energy and confidence to enjoy the activities I used to enjoy but have shied away from since I've put on weight.

Also feeling comfortable most of the time instead of constantly pulling my shirt over my stomach.

I want to be a fabulous looking 45 year old--healthy and vibrant and strong AND lose the weight before it gets really really hard-the older I get the trickier it is--want to get in front of that. And I have a gorgeous skirt that I have not been able to wear in two years. 15 pounds really makes a lot of difference. I keep unpacking that skirt with the summer clothes to motivate me. 15 pounds by labor day. Plus more energy and less achey-ness. And all this from only 15 extra pounds.

I can't believe someone else has the same obscure goal as me!
I was in Japan for xmas/new years and i was absolutely blown away by the amazing fashion they have over there, but I didn't fit into a single thing it was torture! I'm going back there next year and I'm determined to make up for not being able to fit into anything first time round

I look forward to being able to really enjoy summer, I love the sunshine but Australian summer weather + overweight = sweaty nasty hot mess not a good look xD I want that to change for sure

This pretty much describes my thoughts!

I will admit, I have never been a large person, but I have been an extremely fit, competitive athlete. I have known what it's like to be 16% body fat, to run a half marathon in 1:30 and to place in the top 10% at an Ironman. I remember these things with searing clarity. At 48, my goals are different, and I hope that by losing 15 pounds (I'm half way there, now) I can feel strong and fit again. Wouldn't hurt if I could fit into some of my clothes, too!

I'm cheering for all of you who want health, fitness and strength in your future – it is an awesome feeling and well-worth the challenge.
