Workouts that You Love to Hate

What are some of the workouts you do that can be so intense and uncomfortable, yet you just love the results that you get from them. You actually dread doing them but you know that they have to be done in order to get that definition. Mine are weighted plank rows (on the floor in a pushup position) and of course, burpees. These exercises are grueling but they have yielded great results. The weighted plank rows have developed my shoulders in ways I could never have imagined.

Lunges, planks, and wall sits. I love burpees lol!0

I have some that I hate and will still do-lunges, front squats, tricep extension. Then there is the bulgarian split squat and cardio in general, which I just don't do.0

Those are some good ones, guys. I'd probably have to throw the stair climber into the mix as well. Grueling but the results are good0

Anything that involves me getting down on the floor and back up again at any great speed and anything in plank position. Being close to the floor is not my friend but the results and progression are satisfying.
You will also never find me in the gym let alone on any cardio machine, although that is purely hate hate, no love!0 -
Front squats. God, I hate those so much.0

Rowing machine. It's a fantastic workout, I go hard, but it leaves me exhausted. I think part of it is breathing cadence - it's either one or two breaths per stroke, so I feel like I'm either struggling to breathe or hyperventilating.0

Eight count body builders, front squats, sprints on squat day.

My 500 Kettlebell Swing routine! Every time I'm about to start, I have to ask myself; do I really want to do this, and why???
Yet once I get started, I love it and the results!0 -
Walking and/or running the bleachers at my local university. All 74 of them, over and over again. Ugh.0
