You would like to have some ideas on workout DVDs? Sorry..it's hard for me to understand your question. It also depends on the kind of exercise you like. If you have good internet, try YouTube, especially the befit channel. I like Jillian Michaels, Denise Austin, and The Firm. There are many others. Also, your local library may have some DVDs you can borrow, and also ask about interlibrary loans. You can try so many things for free and not have to spend any money.

Leslie Sansone's DVDs are great. The mile walks are about 15 minutes. And if your kiddo is walking around, they can have fun, too, trying to do it with you.

Here are a couple websites to help you shop (videoclips & reviews)

    collagevideo.com

    totalfitnessdvds.com

I'm not sure what you like, there are hundreds of videos out there. But a couple instructors I really like:

Kelly Coffey Meyer - I use her videos for strength training, but she has kickboxing, step, circuit (if you like the 30DS format). Her 30 Minutes to Fitness series is great. You get 2 -30 minute workouts + lots of premixes to keep it fresh

Ellen Barrett - I like her workouts. They are a fusion of pilates, and yoga. These videos often don't feel like workouts....until the next day.

    I like this one: http://www.amazon.com/Weight-Watchers-15-Minute-Boot-Series/dp/B00EDM2QXK

Divided in four 15 minute sessions.
