I'm a mommy of 2 about to turn 30 in July and realizing that I can't eat the way I did before. I am making the change to be healthy for myself as well as my family and would love the support of others looking to live a healthy lifestyle as well

    Good luck with it.... I'm 35 and just starting to realise I can't get away with half the stuff I got up to in my twenties
