Abs/Core as well. It hurts the most.

Shoulders. Pretty sure I have an impingement or a bad rotater cuff. It's hell getting through the workout.

    Abs/core. I don't know why.

Abs I hate working on, and tend to neglect.

    Triceps. They are so hard!

Left shoulder (destroyed rotator cuff), back/obliques (except by horseback riding, scoliosis hurts), and hamstrings (tight from having to live in my wheelchair. I can't feel my legs but it still kinda hurts in my torso/back to have a passive/strong-person-guided stretch. Besides, who wants someone messin' with their legs/feet? No thanks!

Agreed. I actually still skip it. I know I should do some isolation work but can't bring myself to.

I also hate working triceps but found that I love skull crushers so it all works out.

Abs. I think I feel/see the pump from other body parts. Abs just seems more tedious although probably the most needed

But if you're in a deficit there's only so much isolation work is going to do anyway. I think that's why I got in the habit of skipping it.
