Chronic Pain and over 50!

Hi. I am 51 and need to lose 40 pounds. I suffer from a lifelong chronic pain condition. Exercising isn't easy for me as it flares up my pain. But I am bound and determined to do this! Walking my dog, Aquasize and my WiiFit are the ways I exercise. I also love my FitBit and My Fitness Pal. It helps keep me on track. I also work shift work as a nurse and that causes food issues.......eating at night!! Any positive strokes would be greatly appreciated!!
