Finally!! My scales have touched me into the 12 stone 13 bracket....!!!!. I'm seeing a 12 on the scales!!! I still have a way to my target..but holy moly...I'm finally getting into the next stone to shift...feeling good...and so happy that my sponsorship for my charity 3 Yorkshire peaks is starting to come in....

Well it is 2 stone 8 lbs I have lost in one year!! OK..a few lbs went on over the winter...who doesn't... But I am now fitter than this time last year and fitting into a pair of tight cutoff jeans shorts that I have worn for a good 6 yes!
