    It's an activity tracking wristband, similar to a Fitbit or a Jawbone. It counts steps, distances, calories burned and tracks sleep. The syncing is pretty good from what I can tell so far (both with my iPad and MFP). One feature I am disappointed that it doesn't have is any vibrating alarm, but it was about half the price of a Fitbit Flex and it's not really a required feature for what I'm looking for, just a 'nice to have'.
