Rewards?

Wanted to get a feel for what type of 'reward' systems other people have in place... do you do it for every 5 lbs? Every 10 lbs? Not until you reach your final goal?

Are they little interval rewards like a mani/pedi, massage, tanning, or just one big reward at the end like a vacation or new wardrobe?

Any input's appreciated, and feel free to add me. :)

Nice! I went and inked myself after I had reached my goal!

I dont have one... I though looking better was the reward. :\ Although i do want to go out to a club and stand tall, feel sexy, and dance the night away.

Every week I have a mini goal and reward:)

My goal every week is to lose 2 pounds! If I hit that (again, just a guideline:P) some rewards include:

Driving to Lake Michigan to walk the beach/pier
    Buy a book
    Get hair done
    Go to museums
    mani/pedi
    buy new running gear
Visit one of my favorite towns in northern MI
    Buy a spring dress

It's kind of expensive being a girl and rewarding yourself sometimes!haha

    SO worth it though:)

I set up small rewards AND a huge reward.

Small rewards were: new, smaller clothes. New shoes. Haircut. Stuff like that. Nothing overly expensive and NOTHING food related!

HUGE goal (which I've reached my ultimate goal - I'm actually under it now!) is a new tattoo. Just need to have the time and the money at the same time. LOL

I have a bunch of rewards set up for myself. I have a total of 220 lbs to lose, so I need to stay motivated!
For every 15 lbs I lose I get to get a new piercing (I love piercings! I used to have a lot but I had to take them all out recently)
For every 50 lbs I lose I get $50 worth of new art supplies.
When I FINALLY reach my goal weight I'm going to have a HUGE party/fundraiser dinner to raise money for my skin removal surgeries

I also have a bunch of tattoo's that I want to get that I can only start getting after I've maintained my healthy weight for a year! I might institute so smaller one's for maintaining.

When I hit the 30 lb mark, I bought new clothes...mainly because everything was huge on me!! I reward myself with new clothes since thats what I need and I love shopping!!!! lol
