    Was just trying to keep under my daily calorie intake, realized I was not losing as much as I wanted, so I cut out bread and potatoes, that gave me a breakthrough, now losing again, I think those 2 things are huge for me anyways.

    Yes I am interested in that too. Eating healthy but gaining, I cut potatoes too and rice and wheat.

    Hi, I've been doing LowCarbHighFat for 8 months. Have lost 55 pounds with about 75 more to go. What helps me so much is that the fat and protein are satiating. My cravings faded after about a week. Two helpful FaceBook groups for me are LCHF and OptimalKetoLiving.
