50 Pounds Down within 5 Months!

Starting Weight: 247 ; Current Weight: 197 ; 50 pounds down within 5 months. Average weightloss of about 10 pounds per month. I still have a long ways to go before I'm at my goal weight but just thought I'd post this. It's been a hard 5 months with allot of roadblocks but I've managed to push through. Hope I can keep continuing on this journey with the motivation I have right now and get to a ideal and healthy body weight. :)echgvykrqr8t.jpg
