Hello, Im new here too

Hello all, I have been on this site for almost a year and silly me I haven't investigated enough to see that you all have a meeting place to inspire and welcome us new comers. Well my story is like so many except I have been trying to loose the weight that my one and only pregnancy, which was 14 years ago, so yes Im struggling, but I have recently made a life choice to do what I have to Or excuse me, eat what I have to until Im healthy .
