routine tips

Hey everybody. Just got the app today and im really motivated to start hitting the gym starting monday. I was hoping someone could help a beginner with some tips of what to eat, and if anyone out there could suggest a good workout plan for me
Im 21 years old. 6 feet and weigh 130lbs.

    What are your goals?

    If you're actually 6ft and 130lbs I'd recommend eating everything and starting a lifting program to gain muscle...

    My goals currently are to just gain some weight and muscle For my first goal, since im new, i set myself to gain 30lbs and then set myself another goal after.

    Dont really know which exercises to do, on which days, like lat pull down, biceps curl, etc. And how many reps etc.

    Mostly hoping someone could teach me and help me develop a plan of action
