Hi I am 5'3 and I weigh 153.7 but I want to be 160 but toned all around. How can I maintain that?

If by toned you mean less jiggle (i.e. fat) and more muscle definition, you will need to lose fat and gain muscle. You could do this by cutting and bulking, or bulking then recomping. However, you are well into the overweight category based on BMI (which, while not a perfect gauge is usually not too far off for women, and especially for women who have not has some good amount of lifting under their belt), and so I would not think it a good idea to bulk as you will gain more fat. To be realistic, being 5 3" and having a low amount of jiggle and some muscle definition is very unlikely to happen at 160lb (or even possibly at 153lb). Not being judgy or mean here, just trying to be realistic.0
