Plug everything in for a two week period. Buy a food scale. Get used to the diary and the data base. After two weeks take a look at the patterns and see where you can reduce / change some foods so that you can stay at your calorie goal. Some things in these threads will work for you.

Best advice I can give you is track what you eat! believe it or not calories add up quickly! Eat a very lean diet full of lots of fresh fruits and veggies and doing so will keep you full more frequently with less calorie and fat intake. Stay away from carbs unless you do extreme working out! Cardio workouts will help lose fat. I think of cardio being anything that makes your heart beat faster than normal! Mixing daily workouts of 30 minutes and lean eating will cause quick weight loss results!0
