Back again for round 2! Successful so far.

My name is Holly and i joined MFP (again!) this week.
My original weight gain happened when i was pregnant. I gained around 60lbs and got to around 220lbs. This was 4-5 years ago and i have tried dieting, cutting portion sizes and MFP in the past and i just gave in.
I didn't plan on making a change but i joined again this week and i've actually enjoyed the positive changes i have made. I think partly because it wasn't a case of forcing myself into it or thinking "next week ill start". It also helps that my favorite foods are not available here so i cant be tempted as easily as my previous attempts!
Right now im 5'8" and 193lbs. My goal right now is 165lbs to get into a healthy range then go from there with additional goals.
I would love to hear from people with similar goals and positive attitudes!
