Calorie Amount Changing?

I am very confused! I just started using MFP yesterday and dutifully logged every calorie, coming in just under my recommended amount-somewhere in the 1800s. Today I check and my recommended amount has shot up to 2340! I haven't changed any information on my settings so I am at a loss. What happened?

Did you log exercise? Connect it with a Fitbit?0

I logged exercise yesterday, not connected with a fitbit.0

When you log exercise, it increases your calories so that you can eat back the calories burned.0

Your calorie deficit needed to lose weight is built into the number of calories it gives you to eat. If you exercise, you can eat more and still maintain the same deficit. Just be careful because it is easy to overestimate calories burned through exercise then eat back too much.0

Which it did yesterday, gave me 100+ extra calories to consumer but this is a huge leap from 1800-2340 and I have not logged exercise today.0

Something changed. Look at your weight, goals etc.0

Exactly. It might have just been a computer error. Check in at weight goals and make sure they're still what you input.0
