Last fit of Belly Fat

My waist line is 26.5 inches and my stomach line is 29 inches. I have a soft stomach and already eat the recommended calories. How do I get rid of the last bit of belly fat? What are your secrets? Is reducing my carbs and replacing them with protein help?

    Calorie deficit works great. Everything else is just a scam.

    There are no secrets, no special exercises, no special foods that "burn stomach fat". Abs are made in the kitchen.

    Less stomach fat = lowering your bf % by consuming less calories.

    I have noticed that me eating most of my calories in one sitting has caused me to gain stomach fat. I have had the same activity and the same amount of calories. The food increases your insulin and when there is an overage of insulin it stores it as fat. Could this be it?

    Caloric deficit for fat loss.
    Lifting weights will help maintain muscle mass, while in a deficit. If you're already at your ideal weight, possibly a recomp is in order.

    I heard that if you have too much insulin that it does not know what to do with it so it stores it as fat?
