Does anyone workout at home? Any recommendations for either workout DVDs or online workout videos!?

www.fitnessblender.com is THE best option out there. All free, all on YouTube, you can search by type of workout, length, intensity, equipment needed (including none), etc. And it's Bring Your Own Music, which is awesome.

Leslie Sansone videos are also popular here; there are a few on YouTube.

Amazon Prime has a few Jillian Michaels workouts, if you subscribe to that.

If you're willing to pay or use, um, alternate acquisition channels, I'm a fan of the P90X3 workouts.

There's an app called SWorkIt. You can customize the workout (length, type, etc) & it's basically your own personal trainer.

If you're okay with purchasing, I would recommend T25. I am currently doing it and it's awesome. It's 25 minutes long and there's a modifier in the program that helps you keep moving because some steps are complicated so a modifier is good

Sworkit is great also i do daily burn. I started with the free trial and actually purchased a subscription. It was 12 bucks a month and you can stream it anywhere (laptop, mobile,tv,video game system..etc)they have many different programs and exercises from beginner to advanced and also over modifiers for easier or more intense. I started with true beginner and am now on cardio sculpt and have lost almost 25 lbs. The important thing to remember is to try stuff out and see whats best for you. Good luck!
